Rental timeframe & minimums

Venue710 Creative Space is available for use 7 days a week between the hours of 8 am-midnight (extended hours available). There is a minimum of 3 hours required for weekday (hourly) rentals and 4 hours for Saturday and Sunday (hourly) bookings.

Amenities and add-ons

Wine and spirits permitted

You may serve beer, wine, and spirits to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises. A licensed caterer/bartender and security may be required to serve during select events. See our FAQ section for additional details.

No vendor requirements
